The Beginning of a Journey

Professor oak stood by the door awaiting the first trainer that was supposed to arrive today to claim his Pokemon. It was a special day for the bonding of trainer and Pokemon was a sacred thing, he smiled calmly to himself humming a tune from a song that he had heard earlier in the morning before glancing over to the Poke'Balls that contained the Pokemon for start trainers. Weather it be Squirtle, Bulbasaur or Charmander, Oak knew that whichever Pokemon chosen would have an everlasting bond with their trainer.

Arriving looking up at the laboratory and smirking the trainer called Red was ready, it was time for him to gain his first partner in battle and begin his quest to become a Pokemon master. Red walked up the long steps with his hat down on his head almost covering his entire face as the suspense was burning through his blood. It came time when he opened to door and when he noticed the professor there..he knew what it was time for.

"I'm ready.."

"Ah your here...Now I don't think I need to remind you how important today is, this marks the beginning of your Pokemon journey a quest that holds experiences that you most likely will not be able to have anywhere else..Through the long and hard road ahead, you'll be able to explore the vast areas of the Pokemon world and most likely learn about the mysteries of Pokemon."

"Yeah..I'm psyched, and I'm gonna become the best just you wait."

"Well..since I believe that you've been patiently awaiting this day I'm going to cut right to the chase for you to begin your journey, which Pokemon would you like..Charmander the fire type?. Squirtle the water type, or Bulbasaur the grass type?"

"I've been thinking about this...And I'm gonna go with Charmander."

Professor Oak walked over to the table picking up the Poke'Ball that contained Charmander before walking over and passing it to Red. He smiled closing his eyes as he knew that these two would become a excellent team.

"Good choice..Charmander is one of the most known among new trainers..I hope you two have a wonderful journey."

Red placed his hand out taking the Poke'Ball from Professor Oak, he smirked ready to train this Pokemon with the best of all training. It was what he was waiting for all this time however and he was not going to miss this chance. turning and walking twoard the door he looked back giving the professor a thumbs up before walking out saying.

"Thanks..I'll be seeing you again someday, only next time...I'll be back a Pokemon Master.."
